PRESENTATION
The International Mediation and Arbitration Chamber LLC (IMAC), headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina – USA, officially launches the IMAC INTERNATIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR MINISTERS AND MINISTRIEIS ), designed to provide legal protection, security, and humanitarian assistance to pastors, missionaries, churches, and Christian organizations facing religious persecution, defamation, arbitrary detention, or restrictions on the free exercise of their faith and ministry.
This program reflects IMAC’s unwavering commitment to defend religious freedom, human dignity, and the right of every believer to serve and preach the Gospel without fear.
Objectives
- Ensure legal protection for Christian leaders and ministries facing persecution, discrimination, or violence.
- Provide international advocacy before UN, OAS, and human rights mechanisms.
- Offer emergency humanitarian support, including shelter, medical and psychological care, and relocation.
- Promote mediation and dialogue between governments, communities, and faith institutions.
- Train churches and missions on security, documentation of violations, and institutional communication.

- 24/7 emergency hotline and secure reporting channel;
- International legal advisory and preparation of petitions to competent bodies;
- Extrajudicial mediation and official IMAC representations;
- Reports and communications to UN and Inter-American rapporteurs;
- Humanitarian and psychological assistance in partnership with global agencies;
- Training in legal safety, data protection, and crisis management.
