MEMBERSHIP UPDATE
Comunicado Oficial aos Afiliados IMAC.
Prezados Afiliados IMAC,
Conforme comunicado anteriormente, as medidas adotadas pela direção da Câmara para este novo ciclo fiscal exigiram processos de renovação estrutural, aperfeiçoamento operacional e maior agilidade institucional.
Essas mudanças tornaram necessária a contratação de serviços especializados de terceiros para atividades específicas, incluindo a manutenção, modernização e gerenciamento operacional do portal institucional:
Nossa plataforma institucional representa atualmente uma das principais ferramentas de exposição corporativa, comunicação operacional e desenvolvimento de oportunidades profissionais dentro da estrutura da IMAC.
Diante desta nova realidade operacional, todos os afiliados que até o presente momento não manifestaram interesse formal em permanecer ativos e alinhados às novas diretrizes institucionais, aos processos de aperfeiçoamento profissional e às exigências operacionais estabelecidas para os novos desafios da corporação, serão inicialmente arquivados internamente no sistema pelo período de 30 (trinta) dias, até o final do mês de maio.
Após esse período, não havendo manifestação formal de interesse ou adequação às novas exigências institucionais, os respectivos registros poderão ser removidos definitivamente do sistema operacional da IMAC.
Informamos ainda que a substituição gradual desses espaços está sendo realizada por profissionais que vêm participando ativamente dos programas de treinamento, capacitação e aperfeiçoamento promovidos pela instituição, incluindo participantes aprovados no Curso de Aperfeiçoamento em Consultoria Internacional | IMAC, os quais estão sendo preparados para integrar novas operações, negociações e oportunidades atualmente em andamento dentro da plataforma corporativa.
A direção da IMAC agradece sinceramente a todos aqueles que fizeram parte desta trajetória institucional até o presente momento, reconhecendo suas contribuições em diferentes fases do crescimento da organização.
Ao mesmo tempo, damos as boas-vindas aos profissionais que permanecem motivados, ativos e comprometidos em seguir avançando conosco, agora alinhados às novas diretrizes estratégicas, operacionais e institucionais da corporação.

Dear Affiliated Members,
Welcome to the renewal process of your membership for the 2026 fiscal year, beginning this April.
We sincerely thank you for your engagement and trust since the beginning of your affiliation with IMAC. We are pleased to share with all members the achievements accomplished over these first eight years of operation, during which our Chamber has established itself as a solid platform for mediation, arbitration, international consulting, and corporate representation—continuously expanding and generating new business opportunities.
For this new fiscal cycle, we are implementing structural improvements to our digital environment, including new programs and technologies designed to enhance the member experience. These updates aim to expand access to institutional tools and maximize opportunities for professional performance and revenue generation within the IMAC network.
The renewal of your membership ensures:
- Updated registration and active profile status within the platform;
- Issuance of a new official ID credential;
- Participation in strategic corporate meetings, where guidelines are presented, roles are assigned, and business opportunities are shared.
We reaffirm our commitment to institutional excellence, legal security in all operations, and the continuous development of our affiliated members.

Notice of Default and Suspension Clause
Failure to pay the annual membership fee, in whole or in part, within the deadlines established by IMAC shall result in the issuance of a formal notice of default, to be communicated to the affiliated professional through electronic means or other official institutional channels.
Should the default persist after the issuance of such notice, IMAC may, at its sole administrative discretion, proceed with the temporary suspension of the active status, including the interruption of access to systems, platforms, credentials, representations, appointments, institutional benefits, and any other prerogatives associated with affiliated status.
During the suspension period, the affiliated professional shall be **prohibited from acting, representing, intermediating, promoting, or using the name, trademarks, seals, or any institutional instruments

Cláusula de Advertência e Suspensão por Inadimplência
O inadimplemento da anuidade, total ou parcial, nos prazos estabelecidos pela IMAC, ensejará a emissão de advertência formal, comunicada ao profissional afiliado por meio eletrônico ou outro canal institucional oficial.
Persistindo a inadimplência após a advertência, a IMAC poderá, a seu exclusivo critério administrativo, proceder à suspensão temporária do status ativo, com a consequente interrupção do acesso a sistemas, plataformas, credenciamentos, representações, nomeações, benefícios institucionais e demais prerrogativas vinculadas à condição de afiliado.
Durante o período de suspensão, o profissional ficará impedido de atuar, representar, intermediar, divulgar ou utilizar o nome, a marca, os selos e quaisquer instrumentos institucionais da IMAC, até que seja plenamente regularizada a obrigação financeira pendente.
